What Information Do We Collect?

We collect personal information that you provide to us.

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, when you participate in activities on the Services, or when you contact us.

  • Audio files and stems submitted for mixing, mastering, or STEM mastering services
  • Project notes, references, and any other creative materials you upload
Audio File Data As part of our services, you may upload audio files, stems, and related project materials. These files are used solely for the purpose of delivering the requested service. We aim to retain project files for up to 6 months after delivery, after which they may be deleted. You are solely responsible for maintaining your own backups of all delivered files.

All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes.

Audio Files & Project Materials Project files are stored for up to 6 months after project completion, after which they may be permanently deleted. We strongly recommend all clients retain their own copies of delivered files.

We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.
